ROTA Administration -Seaton - £9.31 p/h
Manpower is excited to be working with the National Health Service to appoint a Rota Coordinator. The role will be in Seaton and it being offered on a full time contract. This role has an immediate start date.
About the role
In this fast paced role no day will be the same. You will be working with the urgent care community team to arrange the rotas for their care team. On a daily basis you will be appointing urgent care response workers to patients. The needs of patients will constantly be changing and new orders will constantly be coming in. It will be your responsibility to make sure every patient is appointed an urgent care worker. Full training will be provided for this role as it will involve using new computer systems. This role will be heavily admin and data-entry based so previous experience in this area will be highly advantageous. The role will also require you to answer the busy phones to take requirements for patients. Working hours will be between 7:30am-5pm. The client has specified that working hours can be between 9am-5pm is that is more suitable. This is a full time role.
About the candidate
This is a high pressure role with a lot of responsibility. Therefore we are looking for someone who works well in high pressured environments. You must be able to meet deadlines and have excellent coordination skills. The role will require you to work on your own so having the ability to manage your own workload is essential. As you will be using new computer systems, good computer knowledge is desirable.
