Telecoms Analyst Contract

Our well-established client are recruiting for a Telecoms Analyst to join their company.

Duties will include:

• To provide a second and third line support service to the IT Service Desk Team.
• Ensure that risks are being properly identified and managed
• Assist with the negotiation of service contracts with external suppliers and manage their service performance.
• Assist with managing delegated budgets and assist with budget preparation.

The ideal candidate will have previous IT experience with good communication skills and attention to detail.
