What you'll do
We want excellent client service to be at the heart of everything we do. You'll directly help us achieve this by making sure the team delivers support to client directors to help achieve an outstanding client experience, while meeting activity, growth, revenue, client and people satisfactions targets across the team.
Working in conjunction with the national Head of Client Delivery and local market and team leaders, you'll implement business-wide strategy, including the delivery of an effective operating rhythm across the team.

- You'll be leading a mixed team of Client Directors Assistants, Credit Analysts and Wealth Analysts to deliver exceptional client service, building trusting relationships and cultivating a strong client focused approach right across the market.

You’ll also be:
- Developing, implementing and maintaining a vision and business plan for the team
- Managing the workflow of your team, identifying training needs and delivering relevant coaching and development to your team that results in an improved and outstanding client experience
- Leading the fulfilment of new lending deals and renewals across the centre, making sure that all daily excesses, valuations, security and credit documentation are actioned
- Overseeing all customer metrics, making sure that this is maintained in all key internal systems
- Building and maintaining partnerships and stakeholder relationships
The skills you'll need
To be successful in this role, you’ll have excellent people leadership experience, with the ability to develop a team to deliver outstanding results. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, and with excellent planning and organisational skills, you’ll perform consistently well under pressure.
It would also be ideal if you are working towards, or have already attained, a Chartered Banker certificate, although this is not essential.
We’ll also look to you to demonstrate:
- Knowledge of credit systems and processes, and an understanding of new account opening processes
- An aptitude for developing income and lead generation
- The ability to identify and implement continuous improvements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
