Service Continuity Advisor - Full-time

About the role
As a service continuity advisor, you’ll help keep our operations running smoothly, fixing what others can’t. Working alongside team and department managers, you’ll ensure maintenance stays on schedule by controlling stock levels and ordering parts, hiring equipment, and managing access to sites. You’ll also run reports to track workflow progression and ensure work is completed in line with expectations.
Organisation and collaboration are essential to thrive in this role, as are communication and decisiveness. We’re not looking for any specific qualifications, just somebody with the right skills and can-do attitude to succeed. And, if you have experience in a similar role, that will help you hit the ground running.
Skills and behaviours:
- Proficient in using all standard Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Email etc.)
- Experience of daily interaction and workload management of field engineers
- Ability to liaise with others using tact and diplomacy
- Logical thinker with good organisation and administration skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Work well under pressure
