Job Description: Job Title: Senior Business Control Specialist Corporate Title: Vice President Location: Bromley Role Description: This role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to exercise their understanding and management of risk in line with the Banks risk framework, standards & policies. The successful candidate will be confident in challenging the status quo and driving practices that identify gaps within the operations that create exposure to risk. They will partner with the global business control team as well as with the regional senior leadership team to ensure consistency of execution across Global Banking Operations for all risk activities. Management of all audit issues (SIAI, AIAI) and targeted risk assessments Coordination of activities/responses for Corporate Audits & GCOR assessments management and governance for operational loss events Delivery of the regional Key Risk Review Execution and governance of the Single Process Inventory Governance of system access controls Governance of NFRR inventory for GBO The Team: This role enables the successful candidate to work as part of a well-established and highly collaborative team comprised of 6 individuals. The team are highly regarded and located within the larger Global Banking Operations team in Bromley.
