The team contains Developers, Administrators, QA and Product resources to ensure successful delivery of projects, small improvements and continuous technical essentials to the platform.*About the role:*As a Salesforce QA, you’ll be joining a fast-growing, vibrant business within the Salesforce/Onboarding team. The ideal candidate would be someone who excels in a dynamic fast-paced environment and has had exposure to Salesforce in previous positions. You will require a knowledge of the software development lifecycle and will be given the autonomy to utilise your experience and insights to innovate and accomplish goals.*Key Responsibilities:** Establish and enhance the processes, documentation and standards for the quality assurance function and monitor adherence to standards on a regular basis.* Keep the wider team including the Product Owner, up to date with the test progress including any risk-based assessments undertaken and raise any issues when relevant.* Strong understanding of the QA process, defining and implementing test designs.* Working as part of an Agile team and ensure new features' testing is planned & carried out as per sprint timeline.* Strong experience in delivery test strategies covering all disciplines of testing including functional, system integration, end to end and performance testing.* Provide independent Quality assurance for all changes on platform before live implementation.***Experience and knowledge required:** 2 years’ minimum experience in a QA role for a B2B Sales focussed business.* ADM201 certification or Sales or Service Cloud Certification desirable.* Strong experience working with Sales and Service Cloud.* Experience of delivering testing and analysis across functional/non-functional testing.* Hands-on experience with automated testing tools – Provar, Copado or similar.* Experience with full software development lifecycle in an agile / scrum environment.* Strong experience working in a highly collaborative, dynamic, and team-oriented work environment.* Energy and self-motivation with high productivity, creative problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team members, internal customers, high-level staff and external vendors, strong customer service orientation, good writing skills, ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences.* Ability to work for extended hours and off-hours to support business operations.* Knowledge in Atlassian tools like Jira, confluence etc.***We are looking for someone who matches the following:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Excellent analytical, facilitation and collaboration skills.* Highly organized ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated.* Approachable team player with the ability to work effectively with changing priorities in a dynamic environment.* Aware of risks and control issues related to quality and responds to them quickly, calling out issues where we need to.* Ability to work to tight deadlines & results driven.* Work smarter not harder attitude.* Enjoy working in a fast, fun and lively environment.-* Bonus* Flexi-working* Pension Scheme* Private Medical Insurance* Eyecare Scheme* Cycle to Work Scheme* Birthday Vouchers* Maternity/Paternity/Shared Parental Leave* Initial "get to know you" meeting* Skills & Scenario based interview* Culture chatSalesforce, Automated Testing, Regression Testing, Manual Testing, Functional TestingSelenium, Automated Testing, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence
