Salary: £30k-£40k

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, the company are flexible to suit the needs of the business

I have just learnt about an expanding company who are a hugely successful business seeking to recruit a Recruitment Manager and Resource Coordinator for their busy rail business.

Key Responsibilities within your new role:

• Place suitable candidates to meet client requirements in order to achieve revenue in line with corporate goals
• Source suitable vacancies in line with company policies and sales procedures
• Conduct client meetings, both on and off site, as appropriate
• Establish and agree terms and conditions of service
• Identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
• Conduct effective candidate interviews, both on and off site, as required
• Conduct preemployment and compliance checks in line with company procedures and relevant legislation
• Shortlist and present suitably qualified applicants against defined job vacancies
• Manage the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the client, candidate and internal teams
• Successfully place suitable candidates with clients
• Identify new business opportunities
• Develop and manage client and candidate relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards
• Understand and meet agreed KPI
• Meet and exceed agreed financial targets
• Contribute to team meetings as appropriate

Essential Skills/Qualities required:

• Proven Recruitment Consultant/Recruitment Management experience
• Civils and/or Railway Industry experience desired
• Knowledge of recruitment software or CRM systems
• Familiar with civil engineering H&S certification
• Full UK Driving licence
