Salary: circa £23,000 basic + commission
A fantastic position has become available for a consultative, professional, tenacious individual to joining a successful team and office.
You will receive full on the job training but some recruitment experience is essential, either within the care/ education or similar sector.
You will be responsible for managing your own recruitment desk which will include registering candidates to full standards, complete all associated paperwork for the registration which will include completing all compliance paperwork for the individual, speaking with clients and developing business and completing all associated administration for the role.
You will be used to working towards targets, be confident speaking with clients over the phone and face to face and professional in your approach.
