You can expect to: provide general admin support to all of the teams in the Planning & Delivery directorateplan and organise events for the whole directorate (100+ people)learn and get involved in all the disciplines of project delivery e.g., business analysis; change management; project management; programme management and stakeholder engagementwork with a broad range of people and learn how Parliament worksbe ready to take the next step in your career What You NeedKeen to learn and ready to work in a fast-moving environment, you will have experience of: providing administrative support to an individual or a team; where taking ownership of tasks, paying attention to detail and meeting deadlines were essentialplanning events involving multiple stakeholders, where organisational skills and customer service were keyproducing effective verbal and written communications using Microsoft products e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.learning new skills, learning from mistakes and not being afraid to ask for help!the ability to pass security clearance, backed by the right to work in the UK About The TeamThe Digital PMO sits within the Planning & Delivery Directorate of the Parliamentary Digital Service. It serves all the projects and programmes within the Digital Portfolio. As a team of 20+, we support and report the delivery of Parliament's digital change; providing assurance to stakeholders that we are doing things right - holding the corporate conscience in relation to delivery.About UsUK Parliament is steeped in history and tradition.
