All our consultants have the opportunity to work on a range of different projects, providing a broad range of knowledge on which to develop their careers and progress in the direction they choose.*About the role:*We are looking for experienced Performance Testers to join us on a permanent basis and assist with the running of our performance testing projects on the Azure platform. You will be involved in API testing, front end testing and UI based performance testing on behalf of both our public and private sector clients.*Responsibilities:** Working on a variety of performance testing projects on the Azure platform covering API, Front end, and UI based performance testing* Gathering performance test requirements through project and client engagement meetings and reviewing NFRs* Developing performance test scripts using Gatling* Executing and reporting on performance tests to technical and business stakeholders* Highlighting any performance test failures against NFRs* Performance testing against Azure infrastructure* Carrying out performance test analysis using Apps Insight/Dynatrace* Perform analysis of NFRs to ensure they are clear and testable* Ensure any issues or risks are clearly communicated to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner*Qualifications:** Enthusiastic, motivated, committed and capable degree educated individuals* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with an ability to successfully engage with team members and clients* Experience of working as a performance tester/engineer on previous roles* Working on multiple projects at the same time and able to manage time effectively* Experience of developing, executing and maintaining performance test scripts in Gatling and other performance test tools e.g. LoadRunner, Jmeter etc.* Good interpersonal skills and experience of working with client teams or third parties* Enjoys problem solving and taking on new challenges* Experience in others Areas of NFT Accessibility, Compatibility, Usability, Disaster Recovery etc. would be a bonus-* Competitive salary, dependent on experience* Flexible working / Work from home* Generous annual discretionary bonus* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays* 10 days allocated development training per year* Contributory pension* Gym membership* Annual away days and social events* Phone Interview* Tech Test/Interview* Initial Interview* Final Interview* OfferGatling, JMeter, API TestingGatling, JMeter, API Testing, Testing
