At bp our People and Culture (P&C) teams are at the heart of everything we do. We are responsible for delivering the people plan that enables the business to achieve its goals. Our P&C teams succeed due to their advanced experience in this field and ensuring consistent and effective delivery of initiatives and projects in line with local legislation, BP policy and best practice.
We are looking for experienced partnering professionals to join our expanding agile pools of P&C expertise. You will develop a deep understanding of the business you support and focus on driving and delivering organisational change initiatives as appropriate. You will deliver advisory support to leaders in an agile team and facilitate resolution of everyday queries and coaching to drive engagement, pre-empting and resolving employee relations (ER) cases. You will also ensure that diversity and inclusion are a foundation of the business people plan and supported throughout all people management activity. You will drive talent management initiatives, enabling people to build the capabilities our business values and ensure a compliant and high-performance culture through aligned performance management, reward and recognition frameworks.
The successful candidates will have significant experience in human resources, proven capability and experience in strategic talent management, ER, change management, and organisational development. You will have the ability to build capability, coach and drive high performance. You will have a track record of effective partnering, demonstrated ability to apply business acumen and link value to business results, experience of organisational change management and working in a matrixed organization, as well as working knowledge of local labor legislation and regulations.
