Partner Sales Manager

Our client is a successful and innovative Software consultancy- a remote-first company focused on emerging technologies we are seeking an experienced Sales & Partner Development Manager. They Partner with leading brands within the Technology, Retail, Communications and Finance Industries. Due to growth they are looking for an experienced Sales & Partner Development Manager to work with key partners helping them to grow their business. The ultimate goal of for this role is to work closely with Partners, helping them win new clients. We are looking for confident, outgoing individuals who want to work at the forefront of technology, are not micro-managed with experience in Business to Business Marketing, sales processes and consulting best practice who can build effective business relationships. They value integrity, ambition and collaboration encouraging people to be their best, with the freedom to be bold and ambitious and grow with the business. Key responsibilities: Client: Be the first point of contact for the Company and effectively pitch the Company to new prospects Conduct initial discovery meetings to gather drivers, objectives and high level requirements from clients. Articulate verbally and document drivers, objectives and high level requirements in proposals and internal documents Work closely and communicate effectively with marketing, project management and implementation teams to drive customer success Follow up on leads and proposals Consult and negotiate at a management-level, backed by a strong understanding of Company approach and objectives Partnerships Articulate the Company`s value proposition to partners on a regular basis Generate leads from the partners through effective engagement and building trust Respond to our partners request for support on new business opportunities and represent Company on introductory calls to new clients. About You You will be and experienced Sales & Partner Development Manager with a proven track record looking for a Company that values their employees and give them the freedom to succeed. You will be highly articulate and driven, a strong presenter and communicator with the ability to build and develop strong business relationships, strong attention to detail and organisational skills with an absolute focus on quality of work, able and flexible to travel experience within an IT sales/Partner development role, seeking the next stage in your career where your achievements will be valued and rewarded.
