Oracle SCM/Manufacturing Consultant

Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM / Manufacturing Consultant to join an expanding Oracle Functional team in delivering Oracle SCM / Manufacturing projects on both EBS R12 & Fusion Cloud applications.

Skill Requirements

  • Proven previous experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite most up to date systems (R12 or Cloud).
  • Hands-on experience with Order Management (OM), Inventory Management (INV), Advanced Pricing.
  • Capable of writing Functional design documents and the ability to guide the technical team for any enhancements.
  • Should have experience on process/functional/integration testing.
  • Capable of tracking issues and task given to onsite and global technical teams.
  • Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM), Oracle Discrete Manufacturing, WIP and BOM Experience Is desirable.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strong knowledge and proficiency of end user functional processes.
  • Assess business implications within the App technology.
  • Perform administration for the App system in all functions specific to maintenance and configuration.
  • Oversee all aspects of interface specifications, end user requirements for new software integration's.
  • Create reports and analyse test results to resolve any bugs, defects, errors within the system.
  • Oversees small projects, tasks and phases within the larger project.
  • Coordinate activities for teams, schedules and resources for assigned tasks and projects.
  • Provide support to pre-sales activities including the Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes and solution design.
  • Responsible for configuration, demonstrations, design workshops, documentation, testing, report development, training, data migration, knowledge transfer, production go-live, hyper-care and transition to the support organisation.
  • Work closely with the client SMEs and stakeholders to familiarise them with the Oracle capabilities, solution and process design for their Supply Chain and Manufacturing function
