We have a great opportunity for a Junior Buyer / Purchasing Administrator for a 6 month contract in Leeds. Working Monday to Friday for a well-established engineering manufacturer.
Your role will involve working alongside and assisting the buyers. You will be dealing with purchase orders, maintaining the weekly schedule, providing administration support and collating monthly progress reports. A working knowledge of SAP will be required along with excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with suppliers. Chasing deliveries, confirming dates and dealing with invoicing issues will also be part of the role.
In return you will receive a competitive salary, free parking and a subsidised gym. Working straight days, Monday to Friday with flexi-time. The role is for a 6 month period but may be extended after that time. The option of being paid self-employed is also available.
