
IT Service Support Analyst
London - remote to start then office based
£40,000 - £43,000 + perm benefits

A leading healthcare organisation is currently recruiting for a IT Service Support Analyst to become a valued member of a busy, small but highly productive IT support team. You will be expected to work across both 1st and 2nd line support as well as working on project related requests. This is an exciting position for anyone to being involved in broad IT support and also be able to develop their own skills.
Candidate Requirements

*Willing to learn and build on their already solid IT skill set.
*Happy to share what they know and collaborate with their teammates.
*An enthusiastic problem solver with excellent troubleshooting abilities.
*Excited to use and support the latest Microsoft technologies.
*A hard-working individual who demonstrates fantastic customer service skills.
*Certified in a relevant industry qualification or equivalent knowledge in Microsoft technologies, ideally in either Windows 10, M365, SharePoint or Dynamics.
*Experienced in providing excellent end user support, within an ITIL framework.
*Knowledgeable of supporting and delivering projects within an Agile environment
