Based in Marton, Blackpool Full time & Part time Available. ***Please note these roles will start in Nov 2019 on a long term temporary basis*** Salary - £9.00 Per Hour Shift Pattern: Full time and Part time shift options available. Rotational shift patterns, 5 days over 7 with 1 day being a Saturday or a Sunday. Part time candidates must be able to commit to 4 week full time training when starting. Job Responsibilities: " Manage inbound customer queries relating their accounts and products. " Complete telephony, digital and admin based tasks to service customer queries. " Take ownership of customer problems, solving them as the first point of contact and escalate when required. " Demonstrate consistently the Atos values and behaviours. " Take ownership of personal development and training, through regular review of performance against business objectives, and take responsibility for self-development. " Open to change and not be afraid to take on challenges. " Able to work within a fast paced and stimulating environment. Key Skills: " Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in order to communicate well via email and phone. " Computer literate. " Always working to ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction. " Able to work independently and make decisions, as well as working and communicating effectively as part of a team.
