Head of Business Change - My client based in London is currently looking for an experienced Head of Business Change. You will be responsible for assessing the impact upon the organisation and any inherent risks when delivering complex change processes. You will also need to evaluate current operating model and design the target operating model with execution plans drawing from a range of professional approaches. You will be accountable for heading up senior stakeholder engagement and building business wide relationships that build confidence for the change management programme and drive change management integration through impacted projects or process areas resolving complex transition challenges cross the programme.
