Oakleaf are partnered with a leading asset and investment management firm in their search for an Executive Assistant/Recruitment Coordinator to join their busy team, to support the Head of Recruitment and provide proactive recruitment support in London and the US with the broader team.This will be a dual role, taking ownership of Executive Assistant duties to the Head of Recruitment as well as the opportunity to get involved with the wider team.Key Responsibilities: Extensive diary management for the Head of Talent AcquisitionProject work including: process improvement, data integrityTravel and invoice arrangement as requiredScheduling interviews in the UK and across different time zones.Updating all necessary systems in a timely manner, to ensure recruitment data can be tracked and reported diligently.Daily interaction with internal stakeholdersLiaison with 3rd party agencies to provide feedback on candidates.Keeping candidates updated on interview processesDiary management; including coordinating and setting up meetings and telephone/video conferences, pro-actively checking and managing any conflicts in advanceOpportunity to be involved in wider team projects and initiativesKey Skills:The ideal applicant will have experience in an Executive Assistant/ Recruitment Coordinator role within Financial Services.The role requires an individual with excellent attention to detail who can calmly and effectively deliver on multiple requirements in a face-paced, high-volume environmentPro-active approach to take the initiative and problem solveCalm and effective communicator confident across all levels of seniority Hybrid working available
