Digital Solution Engineer

This is a fabulous opportunity in a sustainable innovation-driven and fast-growing SaaS solutions company, supporting the digital ecosystem with some of the most well-known brands in the world of telecommunication, utilities and power.The Digital Solution Engineer will be involved in end-to-end aspects of the solution journey – from understanding customer outcomes, building solutions, conducting data analysis to drawing insights; as well as providing inputs to the product management and engineering functions to help with the Vyntelligence product evolution and road map.***What does a Digital Solution Engineer do?** Align with customers' objectives and key success criteria and fulfilment of agreed customer outcomes* Build customer end-to-end digital transformation journey* Help the team to understand customer outcomes by analysing customer requirements, customer business processes and data models* Represent the voice of the customer to provide input to the Product Manager* Serve as the primary technical contact for resolving customer issues* Work closely with the Customer Success Manager on all aspects of customer management* Help the Product team to build digital solutions for various use cases to enable customer trials and demos* Support pre-sales to incubate and acquire new customers*What are we looking for?** 1 to 3+ years of programming experience or building digital customer solutions* Can consider fresh university graduates with the above-mentioned experience in internships* Good communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail* Excellent team player who is always willing to listen, collaborate and learn* Flexible and able to operate effectively within ambiguity, uncertainty and change* Have, or is willing to learn, basic technical skills in cloud (XaaS), Android / iOS, spark, python, HTML, javascript, JSON, CSS and connecting to APIs (SOAP / REST) to confidently discuss with technical terms* Willing to work with UK/EU  customers in their time zone (if based outside UK or EU )-* Flexible working - remote working* Private pension* Macbook* Access to health and wellbeing platforms like Heka and ClassPass* Fitness, yoga and mindfulness sessions during work hours* Online courses* Interview with Assistance Vice President - Customer Success* Technical interview* Interview with Co-founderPythonPython
