The training is followed by a period of 'nesting' where ex-tra support is given whilst you actively manage customer accounts and queries.The typical advisor doesn't really exist. PC literacy is required to carry out the tasks within the role but more important to us is that you want to interact with people and provide a pleasant, efficient service to our customers.We have multiple teams that cover reviewing images, taking calls from customers and re-sponding to customer correspondence. Come and join us at Conduent Leeds!Your responsibilities will include:• Identifying customers' needs and assist them with their enquiries on both phone and webchat.• Meet and exceed the customers' requirements• Manage large amounts of calls in a timely and effective manner• Identify opportunities to advise local customers without an account to sign up for a local residents discount account• Resolve any customer complaints or issues• Handle sensitive information securely• Attend training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and performanceYou need these skills to be a great Customer Service Representative:• Strong oral and written communication skills, especially listening, to help better understand the customers enquiry and provide solutions• Having empathy to handle customers who may be facing difficult situations• Being able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment• Proven customer support experience or experience as a CSR• Familiarity with CRM systems• You will need to demonstrate a positive telephone manner• Strong team working skills• Have a passion for customer serviceWhat else we offer you!• 29 days paid holiday per annum (inclusive of bank holidays).
