Whether it's a request for a current value, a change of ownership or a request to return some or all of their funds. Skills and experience we're looking for:Excellent communication skills and previous experience in a customer service-related roleThe ability to be empathetic towards our customers, recognising when they have additional needs and tailoring our service to suitBe a good fact finder - you will ask the right questions at the right time to understand the real reason the customer has contacted usBe meticulous and detail orientated - checking facts and asking questions will enable you to provide accurate valuations and informationKnowledge of insurance products / financial services would be great, but not essentialWhat you'll get for this role:We have a world class benefits and reward experience focused on your physical, financial, and emotional wellbeing.
