We are looking for a Customer Service & Technical Support team-member to join Airbus Defence & Space on our Secure Communications team in Corsham, Wiltshire.This role is in Secure Communications for the Cyber Security Project; an exciting and varied area of the business that supports the project and customer from delivery to live service.The Operations team is the single point of contact for technical conference bridge calls, which are arranged to resolve major incidents. You will fill a service support role for the Network Operations Centre to providing technical assistance and instructional documentation to the customer and orchestrate the day to day support and maintenance of the system.Your Tasks & AccountabilitiesManage interface and communications with all customersProvide technical expertise, single point of contact for queries and supportResolve complex faults and issuesAnalyze impact and approve changes to product/ system/ networkInterface control to linked product/ system/ networksPublish internal & external reports about activity & performances evaluationOversee upgrade and patch management and configurationLocal Store Maintenance and Hardware Repair Assessment (Workstations, hard disks and other configuration.
