Essential experience and qualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Law degree or have completed the GDL. Completion of the LPC is desirable but not essential. • Previous experience as a paralegal or working in a professional services context desirable but not essential. • Experience of Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions helpful but not essential. • Organised with a strong ‘can-do’ attitude • Strong client relationship and influencing skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong IT skills • Determination to complete work to the highest quality with a high level of accuracy • Strong attention to deal • Calm under pressure • Ability and willingness to turn work around quickly and sometimes work outside of standard hours Travel This position requires occasional travel to the London office.
