Join us as a Retail Managers Assistant to work 16 hours per week to support the Shop Manager in running our retail shop on a fixed term contract.
Assistant Retail Manager Responsibilities:
You will support in the day to day operation and performance of the shop through excellent customer service, effective planning, good merchandising and stock control and effective housekeeping. You will also help in creating a supportive and friendly environment to our team of dedicated volunteers.
Assistant Retail Manager Requirements:
You should have experience of retail, or the customer service industry, and experienced in dealing with the general public and working as part of a team. In addition, experience and knowledge of cash handling is essential as is being able to demonstrate where you have contributed to meeting improvement standards / targets and objectives.
