Administration Manager - Part time Temporary

The University of Leeds have an excellent opportunity for an Administration Manager to join them on a 3 day a week basis - working from home in the first instance with a view to one day being office based. This is a grade 7 role paying upto £19.70 per hour.

The role includes;

• Strategic planning admin support - interpreting data, creating reports from marketing data, collating data sets etc.
• H&S oversight of the buildings with a particular emphasis on Covid safety
• University recruitment oversight and admin
• Chasing colleagues to complete essential training
• General high level management support to the Head of School in terms of advising on Uni processes
• Assistants with workload planning and modelling (excel)

This post will run for three months and the candidate in post will have the opportunity to apply for this role on a permanent basis.
