EXCELLENT ADMINISTRATIVE ROLES IN BELFAST CITY CENTRE Brook Street (UK) Ltd is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for Administration Assistants to start in 2020. Duties in these roles will include receiving and processing incoming and outgoing mail, processing external mail ensuring that all contents and payment details are recorded accurately, scanning documentation, validating scanned documentation ensuring all information is accurate, sending, receiving, and processing customer queries, and occasionally interacting with the public via written correspondence or telephone. The successful candidates will work full-time hours in a government building in Belfast city centre conducting administrative and clerical duties. The hours of work are 0900-1700 from Monday to Friday, the rate of pay starts at £8.21 and increases to £9.00 from week 13 onwards, and we expect these temporary roles to be for a duration of 6-9 months Our client requires candidates with excellent IT-literacy who are adaptable individuals and have the ability to work quickly and accurately showing great attention to detail whilst maintaining a professional attitude. Computer literacy is absolutely essential as much of the work will be processed through a database. You will be provided with full training and support throughout your assignment from our client and Brook Street (UK) Ltd.
