I am delighted to represent my client based at Southampton Docks with a new opportunity for an administration Manager to join their team.
The main duty of the role will be to lead the admin team and monitor the efficiencies of all processess and ensire all daily and weekly KPI perfromances are achieved. This will also inclide identifying training needs across both the production and administration teams.
We are looking for an experienced individual to play a key role within the Southampton team. The successful candidate should ideally possess experience and a 'can do' attitude towards process improvement.
The ideal person will have a level of confidence, be able to work to critical deadlines in a fast paced and pressurised environment. Will have an ability to prioritise and collect information effectively and be able to multi-task. Good computer skills with knowledge of manufacturers systems, processes and their demands is desired. Training will be provided where appropriate. A self-motivated individual with strong organisational skills, experience and Management attributes is essential.
